·         Understanding of and the ability to interpret legal documents; title reports, leases, easements, plat maps, P&Z requirements.

·         Experience with pipeline route design and planning from initial projections to finalized design and completion.

EXPERIENCE:

Land Specialists Inc. (Colonial Pipeline);  Port Arthur, TX;  December 2012 - Sept. 2013                            Senior Right-of-Way Agent

·         Pipeline route development, procurement of survey permissions, Right of Entry Agreements and Right of Way/Easement Agreements in Jefferson County, TX for Colonial Pipeline Co on a 30” refined petroleum products pipeline. 

·         Designed the 9.3 mile route from Colonial’s Hebert Station facility in Beaumont to the termination point at Shell’s facility in Port Arthur. 

·         Additional responsibilities include Title Review, Mapping/Routing, Permitting and compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. 

·         Assist in facilitating environmental and archeological surveys and property appraisals.

 

·         Meetings and discussions with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on 404 permitting process as well as local Drainage District 7 officials. 

·         Meetings and discussions with City of Port Arthur mayor, police chief, city manager, and city engineering department on local regulations and requirements.

Energy Resource Partners (Chesapeake Gas);  NE Ohio;  December, 2011 - May, 2012 Senior Right-of-Way Agent  

·         Working on multiple gathering lines in Columbiana, Carroll, Stark, and surrounding counties in the Utica Shale. 

·         Responsibilities include procurement of Right of Way Agreements, Title Reports, Mapping/Routing, and Survey Walks with Chesapeake engineers and related personnel. 

Velocitel Inc.  (Verizon and T-Mobile);  Houston, TX;  Jan. 2011 to August 2011             Site Acquisition Manager

·         Real estate management of Comcast fiber optic backhaul upgrades to Verizon and T-Mobile sites in the Houston metro area.

·         Responsible for obtaining NTP’s, Right of Entry or Access Agreements, Fiber Installation Licenses, etc. 

·         Worked extensively with CenterPoint Energy, the primary energy delivery company in the southeast Texas region as well as tower companies such as American Tower and Crown.

·         Site Acquisition, Zoning, and Permitting on the Clearwire project in Houston from kickoff to launch.  Met all aggressive timeline goals with respect to the candidate selection and leasing process.

·         Site acquisition duties including UMTS upgrades, new-site builds, zoning and permitting, in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and South Texas markets. 

Baran Telecom  (Sprint/Nextel);  Houston, TX;  March 2007 - August 2007                       Site Acquisition Manager

·         Conducted 4G physical site audit analyses for Sprint-Nextel in the Houston, Austin, and San Antonio markets. 

·         Services include detailed drawings of the compound; RAD center distribution on structures, photo templates of the site, equipment inventory and other requirements for Sprint upgrades.

Powder River Development Services (Clearwire) Las Vegas, NV; Oct.  2006 - Feb. 2007 Site Acquisition Manager              

·         Responsible for the leasing, zoning, and permitting of collocation sites in the Las Vegas, Summerlin, Clark County, and Henderson jurisdictions for Clearwire’s initial Las Vegas MTA build-out.

·         Responsible for site acquisition, leasing, zoning, and permitting objectives for Cingular Wireless throughout the states of Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota.

·         Target site locations included rooftops, tower collocations, and new site builds. 

·         Additional responsibilities include zoning hearings and compliance issues and their related requirements.

·         Construction related responsibilities include the procurement of necessary building permits with regard to antenna(s) installation and shelter locations.

·         Leasing manager responsible for acquisition, zoning, and related duties for sites throughout the state of Missouri for Sprint PCS build-out.
