·         Pipeline route development, procurement of survey permissions, Right of Entry Agreements and Right of Way/Easement Agreements in Jefferson County, TX for Colonial Pipeline Co on a 30” refined petroleum products pipeline. 

·         Designed the 9.3 mile route from Colonial’s Hebert Station facility in Beaumont to the termination point at Shell’s facility in Port Arthur. 

·         Additional responsibilities include Title Review, Mapping/Routing, Permitting and compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. 

·         Assist in facilitating environmental and archeological surveys and property appraisals.

 

·         Meetings and discussions with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on 404 permitting process as well as local Drainage District 7 officials.
